A Get Out the Vote Media and Voter Event

Grassroots groups and the Republican Party of Bernalillo County (RPBC) will be holding a voter event and fundraising drive for food and sheltering of displaced animals from the NM Wildfires. Cash donations will be collected for the Wildfire Animal Rescue effort at Legacy Church parking lot Saturday, May 21, 2022, 11 AM – 2 PM.

At 11:00 AM, Congresswoman Yvette Herrell (CD2) will address voters.  29 Republican Candidates, including Congressional and Gubernatorial and down ballot Candidates, are rallying behind Herrell’s new Albuquerque District and to kick off the Early Voting at polling locations in Bernalillo County.  IGNITE the Vote Ole’ -GOTV- is the kick-off campaign for the Primary Election on June 7 and will bring together candidates, voters, and the media.

“As New Mexicans and Conservatives, we know that to win the November 2022 elections, we must engage Voters in Bernalillo County on common Conservative Values.”  GOTV – Get Out the Vote — is the process of activities to engage and educate the voter and ensure that they cast their ballot while protecting the integrity and secrecy of their vote.

Recent census data shows that New Mexico’s population is 47% Hispanic. In Bernalillo County 52% of our conservative candidates are minorities and 42% of our candidates are Hispanic.

IGNITE the Vote Ole’ is messaging that invites and welcomes ALL New Mexicans to vote and elect the Conservative Candidates that share their values. We want to reach Libertarians, Independents, Democrats disenchanted with their party, new voters, and non-voters.

This is a free event, open to the public. Food trucks, face painting, presentations, speeches, and door prizes are planned.
